Terms of Sale & Use
Last updated 22 September 2026
Plain version: you're buying a PDF for personal use in your own business. You can use everything in it. You can't resell it or hand it around. If you want your money back inside 30 days, you get it.
1. Who you're contracting with
This site and The Unfair Advantage: AI for Small Business are sold by UConnect (International) Pty Limited, ABN 38 159 803 611, registered in New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us"). Contact: david@uconnect.com.au.
2. What you're buying
A digital product: the e-book The Unfair Advantage: AI for Small Business, delivered as a PDF, together with the bonus materials described on the sales page at the time of your purchase. If you select the order bump, you also receive The Automation Vault. Nothing physical is shipped.
The e-book is $27 USD. The optional order bump is $17 USD. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank sets the exchange rate and may charge a foreign-transaction fee that we neither set nor receive.
3. Payment
Payment is taken by Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe's own hosted fields and go straight to Stripe — they never touch our servers and we never see or store your full card number. Your order is complete when Stripe confirms the payment, not when the page says so.
4. Delivery
Delivery is by email, automatically, once Stripe confirms your payment. It normally arrives within a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam and promotions folders, then email david@uconnect.com.au and we'll send it to you by hand. You will not be left without the book you paid for.
5. Refunds
A 30-day, no-questions money-back guarantee applies to every purchase. The full terms, and your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. What you may and may not do with it
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the book and its templates:
- You may read it, print it for yourself, and use every template, script, prompt and checklist in it inside your own business — including for commercial gain. That's the point of it.
- You may not resell it, republish it, share your copy, post it to a file-sharing site, or distribute it inside a paid product or course of your own.
- You may not remove copyright notices, or present the material as your own work.
Copyright in the book and all accompanying material remains ours.
7. Results are not guaranteed
The figures used in the book and on this site — including the $13,800/month comparison, the $162,060/year figure, and the case studies — come from specific businesses the author has worked with and from cited industry statistics. They are illustrative. They are not a promise, a projection, or a representation about what your business will earn or save. What you get out of this depends on your business, what you implement, and how well you do it. Nothing here is a guarantee of any financial outcome.
8. It isn't professional advice
The book is general information about tools and process, written for a general audience. It is not financial, legal, accounting, tax or employment advice, and it takes no account of your particular circumstances. Before you act on anything in it that has legal, tax or employment consequences, get advice from someone qualified who knows your situation.
9. Third-party tools and affiliate links
The book names and links to third-party software. Some of those links are affiliate links, including the extended platform trial — meaning we may be paid a commission if you sign up. This is disclosed in the book, it does not change the price you pay, and it does not change which tools we recommend. We don't control those platforms. Their pricing, features, availability and terms are theirs, and can change without notice to us or to you.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on this page at the moment you paid, and changing this page later does not change the deal you made.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you're a consumer somewhere else, this doesn't take away any mandatory protection the law of your own country gives you.
14. Not affiliated with the platforms
This site is not part of, or endorsed by, Facebook, Meta, Google or any social media platform. FACEBOOK and META are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
