Refund Policy

Last updated 22 September 2026

Thirty days. One email. Every cent back.

If The Unfair Advantage doesn't convince you that your first automation will pay for it many times over, email david@uconnect.com.au within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no phone call, no reason required. You keep the book and the templates.

How to ask for a refund

Send an email to david@uconnect.com.au from the address you bought with, any time within 30 days of your purchase date. Put "refund" in the subject line if you like — it isn't required. You don't need to tell us why, and we won't ask.

We'll reply to confirm, and the refund is issued to the original card through Stripe. Stripe returns it to your bank; how long your bank takes to show it is out of our hands, but it's usually 5–10 business days.

What gets refunded

ItemRefundable
The Unfair Advantage e-book ($27 USD)Yes, in full, within 30 days
The Automation Vault order bump ($17 USD)Yes, in full, within 30 days

If you bought both, both come back. We don't do partial refunds where you keep one and return the other — ask for the refund and you get all of it.

What we don't refund

Third-party tools and subscriptions the book recommends are not ours and are not covered here. If you start a trial on a platform mentioned in the book, that platform's own cancellation and refund terms apply. Cancel those directly with them before their trial ends. We have no ability to refund money you paid to someone else.

You keep what you downloaded

We can't un-send a PDF, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. After a refund your licence to use the material ends, but we don't chase anyone for the file. Keep the templates, use the checklists. We'd rather you got something out of it than nothing.

After 30 days

The voluntary guarantee runs out at 30 days. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law don't — see below. If something's genuinely wrong with what we sold you, write to us whenever you notice, not just inside the window.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, exclude or modify, the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those guarantees cannot be contracted out of.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If there is a major failure — for example, the product is substantially unfit for its ordinary purpose, or it's materially different from what was described — you're entitled to a replacement or a refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, you're entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time, and if it isn't, to a refund.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund takes us a few minutes and costs you nothing; a chargeback takes weeks and helps nobody. We have never refused a refund request inside the window.

Who you're dealing with

UConnect (International) Pty Limited, ABN 38 159 803 611, a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. Email david@uconnect.com.au. Prices are charged in US dollars; your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own foreign-transaction fee, which we don't receive and can't refund.
